Issue(s)

Issue(s) was an idea for a web-series about two friends who had dreams of becoming comic book writers. Created by and starring Patrick Methot and myself, the series would focus on the struggle of whether to chase that fleeting dream or give up and settle for that more traditional, and colorless, 9-5. It was also produced by Cameron Long and Ryan Larson.

More Issue(s)

While we had planned to write and shoot a 6 episode "first season", we only ended up making it to the three episodes above before scheduling and other, for lack of a better word, issues arose and sent us off the rails. We went on-and-off for a time, writing and shooting one-off shorts and things and setting them under the "Issue(s)" banner, though never really fitting directly under that narrative Pat and I originally planned.

Season 2

Here are the 5 episodes of "Season 2" I wrote that we never got around to shooting. The idea was for this season was our "issues about issue(s)", going into the whole meta-series realm and blurring reality with the fiction of the show we created. I'm not sure now, after all this time, how I feel about it.
